Fire shrimp

This magnificent bright red cardinal shrimp is an excellent detritivore. To be kept preferably in couple or as a group, it is sociable and harmless. It easily adapts to its environment, all the while it remains more timid than a Lysmata amboinensis, and it can be associated to any type of invertebrate. It is necessary to complete its feeding with frozen or live food because leftovers in the aquarium will certainly not be enough.
